TF8 - Field test on 150 kV Multi-Microgrid - blackstart and reconnection (ELTRA)

In this field test ELTRA will "simulate" the situation where a DNO has the responsibility for operating a 150 kV Multi-Microgrid. The test will be divided in the following phases:

• Describe all elements in a specific Multi-Microgrid:
  Load, Lines, substations, CHP units, Wind turbines, reactive resources etc.
• Establish a computer model for the Multi-Microgrid
• Establish the forecasting functions: Load and production
• Establish the normal Eltra security functions (based on loadflow calculations)
• Simulate the operation in the Multi-Microgrid
• Evaluate the simulations against measurements
• Describe the Multi-Microgrid ability to balance the active and reactive power
• Describe the Multi-Microgrid ability to blackstart and reconnect to the main grid
