TE7 - Mapping of IEC61850 to different communication procedures

The use of IEC 61850 for substation automation and the mappings done so far are limited (Ethernet MMS). ISET, LABEIN, ZIV and Siemens will further contribute to define possible/convenient ways to enable a secure, reliable and cheap communication.
