TB5. Development of Intelligent Algorithms (Management Level)

This task refers to the development of distributed algorithms at the Management level. This level includes also the cooperation of several Microgrids. There are two main control tasks 1. Economic operation 2. Secure operation

The algorithm that will be developed in this task will have to ensure that the system is operating in secure and economical mode.

In addition, although the system is distributed, it should have some coordination functions. For example if it is decided to sell energy to the grid or increase the voltage then a battery system in the field level should decide to postpone a full discharge (for operational reasons) This task will be performed by ICCS/NTUA in cooperation with LABEIN.
